Chief Trainer and Manager
Owner and Head Instructor at Pole Performance, Holly has been training in Pole Fitness for over 12 years and started Pole Performance in 2008.
Holly has a background in Ballet, Gymnastics and Modern Dance. She has a degree in Sport and Leisure Management, is a qualified Aerial Hoop, PoleSilks, TRX instructor and a qualified Personal Trainer. Holly has also achieved certifications in ETM, PTTLs, ASSESSORS, Stretch and Flex and is REPs Registered.
Holly is a 4 star approved PDC instructor, having worked hard in the community to promote Pole Fitness, she has promoted in events such as Eastbourne Extreme and hosted a Charity Showcase to raise money for WSPA. She has also worked closely with Brighton University to encourage students to get involved in Pole Fitness and has brought Pole Fitness classes to two of their campuses for over 6 years.
Holly also worked and trained with The Pole Studio, managing Taylors Retreat in Dorking, Surrey and ran Instructor courses for them too for over 2 years and now she is focusing on pole performance studio.
