Beckie started gymnastics when she was five years old, competing and training with squad till she was fourteen years old. She continued to volunteer coach at my local club till she was eighteen.

After having time out of training to have her children 10 years ago a friend suggested coming to a pole fitness class to help build confidence and get fit, she completely fell in love with the sport and the confidence she had gained.

She continued her training with pole performance Sussex and completed beginner and intermediate level instructor course started teaching pole fitness 7 years ago. She is also a level two UK gymnastics coach and teaches at a local sport centre.
