Studio Etiquette

Your experience is important to us. Here are some friendly suggestions to help us create great experiences and happy atmosphere

Travelling to the studio/parking

If travelling by train, we are a 5 minute walk from Hampden Park Station.
If driving please give plenty of time to arrive for your class as traffic can get busy due to the
level crossing. You can park either down Brassey Avenue, Brand Road, Freeman Avenue or
Glynde Avenue.

please ensure you have suitable clothing – our trainer can help with this .

What to bring
– Please bring a bottle of water, this can be filled up at the studio if needed.
– Please also bring a personal towel (hand towel)
– If attending flex/yoga/hammock classes, please bring a yoga mat if you wish to use
your own.

Pole Fitness
o Please wear a t-shirt or vest top
o Bring a pair of comfortable shorts as we need skin to grip the pole. You can wear
leggings/joggers for warm up and cool down
o We have bare feet during class
o Avoid moisturisers/oils and lotions on the day of class as it makes the poles slippery.
o Jewellery must be removed before class
Aerial Hoop
Please wear leggings to these classes and either over the knee socks or over the knee leg
warmers to protect the backs of the knees.
Aerial Hammocks
Same as aerial hoop, wear leggings and a long sleeved top to cover the armpits.
We do sell a range of high and low waisted pole shorts, leggings, hoodies and vest tops at
the studio.

don’t forget your water
